I started online coaching with the vision of sharing my training and nutrition knowledge with more people around the world. Online coaching means that I am able to accommodate everyone, anytime and anywhere with no geographical constraints. I love sharing training inspiration on my social media accounts, but I want to add more value and create bespoke programmes for my clients that fit into their personal lifestyles and fitness goals.

Beyond being passionate about fitness and health, I am a qualified personal trainer and I have an undergrad in sports science and I have a masters degree in human physiology. After having played sports my entire life, including semi-professional rugby, and acquiring significant education in the industry, I have found my purpose and could not be more passionate about creating safe yet effective training programmes. I love to think outside of the box, challenge my clients and make training fun.
